CLIENT PREMIUM PAYMENT OPTIONS
We offer several payment plan options depending upon premium size, type, and length of policy or activity period. Note that operators only providing short-term seasonal activities, such as Horse Rentals, Guides & Outfitters and Camps, may not be financed. Payment options will always be explained in your insurance quote. So, check your quote for the exact details and contact us if you have questions. We are happy to assist you!
AGENCY FINANCE
- Payment in full at time of binding
The only option if premium is fully earned when a Major Medical or Surgical Coverage Endorsement costs more than the Full Mortality Premium.
- One-half (1/2) down-payment at time of binding; balance due and billed in 30 days
Premium must be at least $300 and not include any fully earned premium.
- One-half (1/2) down-payment at time of binding; balance due and billed in 30 days
Premium must be least $500.
- 40% down-payment at time of binding, balance split into 2 monthly payments
Premium must be at least $700.
We do not charge fees for the above payment options unless it is paid by credit card. See credit card option below.
BANK FINANCE PLAN OPTION
- 35% down-payment at time of binding, balance financed with 7 monthly installments.
Total premium must be at least $800 and a finance charge will apply.

* If the 35% figure does not cover any fully earned premiums on the policy, they must be included in the down-payment.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENT OPTION
Credit Cards may be used for any of the (4) Payment Options, and for the Down-Payment Only of the Finance Plan Option.
A 5% convenience fee will be added to all premiums paid by credit card.
PAYMENT BY CHECK
ALL DOWN-PAYMENT CHECKS MUST BE MADE OUT TO ARK AGENCY
PAYMENT BY CHECK ASSURES BINDING OF COVERAGE ON DATE REQUESTED
CHECKS MUST BE POSTMARKED ON OR BEFORE THE DATE YOU REQUEST AND WANT COVERAGE TO BECOME EFFECTIVE
For your convenience, we also now accept faxed and e-mailed checks, called “remotely created” checks. This option is in addition to paper checks sent by mail. Remotely Created Checks provide for instant payment and we charge no service fees for processing.
