This book is published to be a tool of reference for, and for implementation by, active members of The North American Horsemen’s Association and / or Horsemen of North America Safety Control Risk Purchasing Group. Only currently active and paid members of the associations have the right to reproduce these forms for use in their equine operations business and services.
